The fruit comes from three vineyards in the cool climes of the Piccadilly Valley, and is made with a healthy amount of whole bunches. Some high-end oak maturation helps add structure and complexity. It's a beautiful pale colour with floral aromas of rosehip and herbs. Lively and tangy, linear but sinewy, only mid-weight but carrying a good deal of future power. A refined delight.
