The Angullong vineyard are located on the foothills of Mount Canobolas in Orange. The Fossil Hill series of wines is named after a local limestone feature with rich deposits of early marine fossils. These distinctive wines capture the unique influence of the highlands and ancient soils with their elegance and finesse. This vibrant Pinot Noir features attractive raspberry and cherry flavours, complemented with herb, spice and earthiness. The tannins are silky and refined.
