In 1902 the Tommasi family has dedicated itself to the art of viticulture in Valpolicella. This elegant ruby red wine is produced with the indigenous grapes Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta, which are selected by hand and dried for about 4 months prior to pressing the grapes Amarone is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels. Best with red meat, game, and aged cheese.
