60% de-stemming, temperature-controlled fermentation, aging 40% in barrels and 60% in vats. Intense red colour. Ripe fruit, candied aromas of concentrated raspberries and liquorice. Palate continues with great flavour concentration and finesse. Notes of cassis and blackberry. Spice and fine tannins finish of a great wine.
