There is a beautiful balance of lychee, apple, pear and peach flavours, with a sweet richness that's balanced by a tight punch of mineral acidity. Glides down easily and will work wonders when paired with a delicious fresh and fragrant Thai dish. Every time we try this wine we find something new to love about it. We can't rave about this wine enough.
