Very different in style to the Australian and New Zealand sauvignon blanc to which we've become accustomed, this quality white is built around a core of flinty, mineral aromas. As the wine opens up, delicate fruity pear nuances emerge. A wonderfully balanced wine, the style is fresh, rich, and lively. Team up with delicately flavoured shellfish, fish dishes, or with dry goat's cheese.
