Certified organic. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Dark cherry and liquorice aromas are followed by earth, dried herb and spice notes. Light in body the palate possesses spicy dark cherry and liquorice fruits over scorched earth and dried herbs. Juicy mouth feel with soft fine grained tannins and a savoury medium length aftertaste.
