This particular spirit is produced by Strega's master distillers from selected pomace of the Aglianico vine, of ancient Greek origin and widespread in the southern region of Benevento. Before tasting, Grappa should rest for a few minutes in the glass, oxygenating and enhancing the aromas, completing the nose-palate harmony.
