Coriole was ahead of the pack and one of a handful of wineries paving the way for Sangiovese in Australia. A dry and grippy drop, there's plenty in here for discussion. Cherry and raspberry fruit, with a bevy of spice and a smidge of vanilla. Decades of experience with this classic Italian grape make Coriole's example one of the best in the country.
