Blended from fruit sourced from some of Australia's best Shiraz regions in the country, our Old Winery Shiraz is deep red in colour, it's smooth, soft, and spicy, offering aromas of dark fruit and a subtle hint of vanilla from the oak influence. The palate has an abundance of rich Shiraz flavour, supported by firm tannins that provide length and complexity. An ideal accompaniment to traditional red-meat dishes and matured cheeses.
