Hot windy weather affected flowering and fruit set resulting in low yields from their Heathcote Vineyards. Fortunately, Tar & Roses were able to secure some beautiful parcels of Tempranillo, similar style from the McLaren Vale and other South Australian fruit. The final blend is complex and generous, expressive of the variety and marries perfectly.
