Produced from 100% Syrah this deeply coloured wine has a midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated ripe black cherry, liquorice and blackpepper aromas are married to toasty oak, earthy black olive and spicy dried meat notes. Medium weighted with a fine elegant feel, rich blackberry, liquorice and plum fruits gracefully move across the palate underscored by lightly toasted vanillin cedar, scorched earth, dried meats and pepper. Supple like tannins with an earthy medium length conclusion. Drink over the next 5-6 years.
