The Bellevue Estate Vineyard is situated on the main street in the township of McLaren Vale. This single-vineyard Shiraz is made by third-generation grape growers on-site in our own micro-winery, fermented in small two-tonne open fermenters prior to basket pressing, with a limited release of 1000-ish cases. A charismatic, succulent, medium-bodied wine with perfect balance and harmony. The aroma is delightfully spicy and the fruit is bright and energetic. A modern and expressive style.
