Lush black cherry, plum and liquorice aromas mix with earthy vanillin cedar and spicy herb notes. Medium to full-bodied the palate is layered with opulent dark plum, morello cherry and liquorice flavours which are swamped by medium-toasted vanillin oak. Some earth and cinnamon characters are also present. Polished tannins with a lingering vanillin oak aftertaste.
