The cooler nature of the vintage has resulted in an intensely flavoured and tightly wound Riesling style, with bracing natural acidity beautifully harmonising the juicier lime and citrus flavours of the variety. Its long and persistent finish is the perfect indication that this vintage will be one to reward with further cellaring time to increase its complexity and appeal.
